  • 1999 Elemica founded by 22 leading companies in the chemical and oil industries
  • 2001 "Connected Solution" released; BASF, Dow, DSM and Solvay begin using "Connected Solution"
  • 2002 European expansion to Frankfurt office; "Supply Chain Solution" released
  • 2003 "TransLink Logistics Solution" purchased; Singapore Office opened
  • 2004 BP begins using "Translink" for road transport; Dupont awards multi-year/multi-million EDI migration project to Elemica; $10 billion of transactions handled through Elemica
  • 2005 Mike McGuigan appointed CEO; New Managament team established; $35 billion of transactions handled through Elemica
  • 2006 Company achieves EBITDA positive; Dow awards multi-year/multi-million migration project to Elemica
  • 2007 $50 billion of transactions handled through Elemica; European expansion to London office; Terminal and warehouse solution launched with 3 new customers
  • 2008 Elemica migrates to new state of the art data center; Network expansion of 30%
  • 2009 Elemica merges with RubberNetwork.com LLC; Elemica launches Slot Booking and Optimization solution; Additional network expansion of 35%
