inSIGHT 2013, the Elemica Supply Chain Conference, will be held in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Companies who embrace and enable more market-driven supply chain capabilities are best positioned for sustained success in an ever more complex, global and volatile market place.  However, connecting traditional inside-the-wall supply chain planning with a holistic, value chain driven outside-in approach is a journey.  Knowing where you are in the journey is critical, and requires clarity around two key questions:

1) Why does my mindset need to shift from inside-out to outside-in?

2) How do I balance tradeoffs between asset utilization/working capital requirements, and cost vs. service levels?

At inSIGHT 2013 in Wiesbaden, Germany on 9-10 October, process industry executives and global supply chain and purchasing thought leaders will equip you to create a better market-driven supply chain and sourcing vision for your company.  They will also introduce the exciting new technologies available today to make your vision a reality.
