Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Business Development

Brad Delizia is responsible for managing all of the legal affairs of Elemica and its subsidiaries and all business development. Mr. Delizia began his career with Elemica in 2001 as Associate Counsel. He was appointed as General Counsel in December of 2002 and Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2004.

Prior to joining Elemica, Mr. Delizia was an Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP in their Corporate and Securities Department. At Pepper, he was involved in public and private funding, raising over three-quarters of a billion dollars; mergers and acquisitions totaling in excess of $650 million and representing private and public companies in corporate and general matters. Prior to Pepper, Mr. Delizia was a Sales Engineer with the Trane Company where he designed and sold mechanical HVAC systems for commercial development projects.

Mr. Delizia received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1999 and his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1992.
