Senior Vice President, Commercial Europe

Nicola Hughes is responsible for the Elemica operations within Europe - Nicola joined Elemica in 2001 as Commercial Sales Director in Europe and was named Senior Vice President, Europe in January 2007.

Nicola developed a passion for supply chain efficiency and excellence during a career in ICI where she delivered improved business performance across sales, supply chain and customer service in commercially demanding and culturally diverse environments.

Nicola holds an MBA from Durham University (UK) where she completed a thesis on External Supply Chain Integration.
