Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miltenberger joined Elemica in 2001 and served as the Controller. He was appointed Vice President of Finance and Administration for Elemica in 2004. Scott Miltenberger was named Chief Financial Officer for Elemica in 2005 and is responsible for the financial planning and management of Elemica's global operations.

Mr. Miltenberger began his career as a member of the audit group at Deloitte and Touche LLP. In 1997, he joined NovaCare Employee Services, where he held various positions in the Finance Department, including Manager of SEC Filings and Published Reports and Manager of Consolidation Analysis. Later he served as Director of Finance for Global Operations. In 1999, Mr. Miltenberger accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer with MedSprout, Inc., a venture backed software company, in New York City.

Mr. Miltenberger is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University. Mr. Miltenberger received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
