Elemica Hosts eBusiness Workshop for Executives at 3rd Annual eChemicals Conference in Brussels

Discussions Center Around Business Process Networks, Collaboration, and Electronic Commerce

Exton, PA, Brussels, Belgium, and Frankfurt, Germany - October 14, 2008 - Elemica, the industry-leading business process network for the external supply chain, announces it will host a 3-hour workshop for business executives at the 3rd Annnual eChemicals Conference at the Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels, Belgium, October 28-30, 2008. Elemica's workshop entitled, "From eBusiness to Business with the Elemica Network - Lessons Learned from 10 Years of Leadership in eBusiness," features presentations and case studies that highlight the growth of eBusiness activities within chemical companies.

  Simon Hardy, EU Director of eSolutions at Elemica, will lead the Elemica workshop. "Chemical companies are realizing that eBusiness is the fundamental way to do business on a global basis," said Simon Hardy. "In the Elemica workshop, attendees will learn how the automation evolution over the last decade has brought to companies a vastly increased sophistication around working with partners along the supply chain. A Q&A session, hosted by Elemica, will close the session.
