Vice President, Rick Bushnell Participated in Race To Raise Funds for American Red Cross

Exton, PA - April 12, 2008 - Elemica, the industry-leading business process network for the external supply chain, announces participation in the American Chemistry Council (ACC) 5K Run to members of the ACC as part of its essential2 campaign, which is tasked to raise awareness about the chemical industry and its impact on day-to-day life. These chemical companies employ over $70,000 people in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware areas and contribute billions of dollars to the regional economy.

The event took place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey and included a 5K Run and 3K Walk for adults and Kids' Sprints for ages 2-11. Along with the races, there was live music and prizes were given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Proceeds from the essential2life 5K Run will support the northern New Jersey chapter of the American Red Cross, which received $20,000 last year.
