In addition, our project managers have PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or are working towards it. All projects are managed regionally, which allows us to centralize our experiences and knowledge and implement continual process improvement. Elemica’s implementation methodology adheres to the best practices set forth by the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), the most widely accepted standard for project management.

The Elemica Client On-boarding Process (C-O-P) is carefully designed to enable Elemica's clients to connect to the Network, and therefore multiple trading partners, in a streamlined, cost-effective manner.

A key differentiator of Elemica’s on-boarding is a series of automated and web-based tools, the Client-On-Boarding Process (COP) tools that enable customers and large number trading partners to rapidly connect to Elemica’s network in a short period of time.
