Carreiro brings over 25+ years of leadership experience in the supply chain and B2B enterprise software industry to Elemica, focusing on driving operational excellence with an emphasis on customer centricity. Carreiro has held senior leadership positions at IBM, SAP, Infor and most recently at Kinaxis serving as President, Global Field Operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science/NYU Stern/HEC, in addition to completing the Director’s College Program at McMaster University and Stanford University's Advanced Management Program.

Coughlin joins Elemica with over 30 years of successful financial leadership in leading SaaS based technology organizations with a successful track record with complex and dynamic growth companies. Prior to Elemica, Coughlin enjoyed CFO roles at Nextech Systems , VigiLanz and eSolutions. He holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a major in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

Lenig brings leading global delivery and client success expertise to Elemica with proven experience in software and data solutions. Chris is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin where he studied History and Business.

As CTO, Sam provides technical and operational leadership. A seasoned supply chain software development executive, Addeo has served in mission-critical roles at a number of companies including BluJay Solutions (acquired by E2open), Aptos, Intelligrated and Manhattan Associates. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Michigan State University.

Kerns leads global product management, enabling Elemica to consistently deliver product experiences aligned with our customers’ evolving expectations. Her leadership fuels our portfolio vision, enables business growth and ensures customer value. Kerns holds a BA in Psychology from Vassar College.

With 20+ years at the company, Delizia brings strong leadership and management to the company’s legal and M&A-related activities. He holds a JD from Temple University, as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

With over a decade of experience leading people initiatives, Griscom delivers strong global HR leadership. She brings expertise in crafting and executing strategic HR programs to drive organizational success. She holds a BS in Management & Marketing from Philadelphia University.

Weir comes to us with over 25 years of successful Sales leadership in organizations that transform supply chains, bringing a customer obsessed mindset to Elemica. Previously, he has held leadership roles at FourKites, Coupa, SAP, Infor and EY. He holds a BE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

A veteran marketing leader in the supply chain industry, Bhatia is a results-oriented executive with a proven track record of driving success through strategic go-to-market initiatives. Prior to Elemica, he has served in leadership roles for SpendHQ, Manhattan Associates, SAP and Blue Yonder. Bhatia is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BE in Electrical Engineering.
