Elemica, Inc. and ecMarket Inc. d/b/a Conexiom Inc. jointly and publicly announce that on May 21, 2024, they mutually agreed to resolve a lawsuit that was pending between them in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Both parties respect the intellectual property of others, expect others to respect their intellectual property and remain free to compete with each other in the marketplace without any impediments or restrictions arising from or relating to the lawsuit or their prior contractual relationship with each other.
